Mrs. O'Neal was a member of the Crab Orchard Church of the Brethren and served as church organist. She taught piano, former employee of Westmoreland Coal Company and the Hub & Vogue in Beckley. Mrs. O'Neal was the last surviving of her brothers and sister and had been a resident of Crab Orchard for over 70 years.
