William “Bill” E. Kisker, 76, of Beckley, passed away Saturday, February 6, 2016. Born January 25, 1940 in Grove City, OH he was the son of the late LeRoy Earl and Francis Kisker. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Jim Kisker.
Bill was a buyer for Acme Supermarket and store manager for Food Lion in Lester Square. He was a member of the Crab Orchard Missionary Baptist Church. He was involved with local car clubs and loved his 1967 Camaro, spending time with his granddaughters and also enjoyed working outside in his yard. Bill was a veteran of the U.S. Marines.
He is survived by his wife Elizabeth Lynn Kisker; son, Thomas Kisker and his wife Stephanie of Minot, ND; daughters, Jennifer Kisker and her husband Kenny Honaker of Westerville, OH and Amie Kisker-Lyon and her husband Scott of Daniels; grandchildren, Taylor, Addison and Samantha Lyon of Daniels; brother, Rick Kisker and his wife Kitty of New Albany, OH along with numerous other family and friends.
Funeral services will be 2 PM Friday, February 12, 2016 in the Calfee Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dr. Michael Sisson and Pastor Scott Dameron officiating. Burial will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit with the family from 11 AM until service time on Friday.
