Victoria Carol Cochran

Victoria Carol Higgins Cochran, 63, of Crab Orchard, passed away at her home on November 22, 2021 following a long illness.

Born April 18th, 1958, she was the daughter of the late William (Bill) Higgins and the late Phyllis Faye Harper Higgins.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 16 years, Roy Junior Cochran.

Being born into a military family, Vickie travelled from state to state while growing up. After losing her mom and dad, she met the love of her life, Junior. Soon after they were married and began having children.

Vickie leaves behind three children; Lisa Cochran Cook of Beckley, Cassie Cochran of Coal City, and Dusty(Tisha) Cochran of Crab Orchard. Three grandchildren; Colton Cook, Gavin Cochran, and Maddox Cochran. A brother, Robbie Higgins of Crab Orchard, uncles Butch Harper(Sue), Jimmy Harper(Rita), aunt, Vicky Lynn(Rick) all of Beckley. She leaves behind several nieces and nephews as well.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Calfee Funeral Home in Beckley, Friday November 26th, with visitation from 4pm to 5pm.
