Vicky L. Robinson

Vicky Robinson, 62 of Shady Spring, passed away Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at her residence.
Born February 3, 1952 in Roanoke, VA, she was the daughter of the late Robert Jacob and June Marie Lucas. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Cindy Foster.
Vicky was a school teacher for the Fayette County Board of Education having taught at many schools throughout her career. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Beaver since 1986 and volunteered at Victory Baptist Academy. Vicky loved the time she spent with her family and enjoyed helping children.
Vicky is survived by her husband, David Robinson; son, Sam and his wife Wendy; daughter, Rebekah; son, Jacob; granddaughters, Mary, Abigail and Hannah; brother-in-law, Steve Foster and many other family members from Virginia.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 22, 2014, at Victory Baptist Church in Beaver, with Dr. Rollan A. Roberts officiating. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the church.
