Vickie Lynn Bailey Buchanan Hutchins, born December 8 1973 in Beckley, West Virginia.

Vickie Hutchins entered into rest on December 11, 2022 at the Bowers Hospice House. Vickie is the daughter of the late Ernest Bailey and Chrystial Ramsey.

Vickie is preceded in death by her father, Ernest Bailey, her mother, Chrystial Ramsey, and her father figure, David Copeland.

She is survived by her husband, Alexander Hutchins; brothers Ernest Bailey, Jr (Christel), Scott Bailey (Jin), Ellis Ray Bailey (Stephanie), and Michael Ramsey; sister, April Dawn Hensley (Lloyd); her favorite aunt, Irene Sullivan and many nephews, nieces, and cousins that will continue loving her and missing her.

The family has decided to have graveside services on Friday, December 16, 2022 in the Bailey Family Cemetery at 1 PM.
