Tammy Dawn Simmons, 60, of Sophia passed away Friday, November 16, 2018.
Born July 18, 1958 in Sophia she was the daughter of the late Glen and Violet Peters Nelson.
Tammy was a former Deli manager for Go Mart. She enjoyed spending time with family and color adult coloring books.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Gail Burgdoff.
Survivors include her husband, Wayne; son, Scott Simmons and wife Haley; grandchildren, Brayden and Grayson and her sister, Linda Rue and her husband Carl of TN.
