Sharon Lynn Bragg

Sharon Lynn Bragg passed away Sunday December 29, 2024. Sharon was born on March 28, 1955, to Donna Randan Hicks and Elmer Hicks in Logan, WV. 

She attended Woodrow Wison High School, graduating class of 1973. She worked many years in the medical field in administrative positions.

Sharon enjoyed researching ancestry and building the family tree. She also grew fond of watching old western TV series in her retirement. But what she loved most was spending time with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Danny Bragg. She is survived by her son, Jeremy Bragg of Beckley, WV; Mother, Donna Hicks of Beckley, WV; sister, Jeanie Adkins and husband Mark of Beckley, WV; 2 brothers, Keith Hicks and wife Judy of Spencer, WV and Brad Hicks and wife Cindy of Dandridge TN.

She loved and is dearly loved in return by many nieces and nephews, and extended family of cousins. 

Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 3, 2025 at Calfee Cemetery, Mt. Tabor Road, Beckley, WV.

A memorial service will be scheduled for friends and family at a later date.

Almighty God, we rejoice in your promise of love, joy and peace. In your mercy turn the darkness of death into the dawn of new life, and the sorrow of parting into the joy of heaven; through our Saviour Jesus Christ, who died, rose again and lives for evermore. Amen.
