The world’s best Mother and Wife, Sandra Louise Skinner of Beckley, WV, passed away on October 8, 2019.
She leaves behind her husband, Richard Frank Skinner; daughter, Michelle Lee Skinner Oxley; sons, Tim, Larry, Terry, Robert, David and Joe Richard; grandchildren, Nicole Kelly, Jamie Kelley, Tim Oxley and great-grandchildren, William, Robert, Trevor and Nick Kelley.
The family will have a private service. There will be no public visitation.
She is no longer in pain and now she rests in the golden fields of Heaven. She took over the Lord’s kitchen and is cooking for the angels and telling everyone of those angels what to do. Until we meet in Heaven you have our hearts. She was the best mother and wife on this earth and will always be loved and missed.
