Sam Amato

Sam was a 1956 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School and a 1960 graduate of Concord College. He was a retired educator serving in some capacity with the Mercer, Summers and Raleigh counties Board of Education. After his retirement Sam devoted much of his time in trying to assist the animal shelters in Fayette, Raleigh, Summers and Wyoming counties. Besides his father he was preceded in death by his sisters, Madeline Ledahawsky and Zena Sansom.

At Mr. Amato's request his body will be cremated and there will be no visitation or service.
