Ruth Mae DelMoro

Ruth Mae Ellis DelMoro, 88, of Beckley passed away Friday, February 9, 2018. Born January 30, 1930 at Devils Fork, WV, she was the daughter of the late Roy B. and Gertrude Ethel Payne Ellis.

Ruth was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church and Ladies of St. Francis. She was a former housekeeper at the church.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Carmine Charles DelMoro and sister, Alma Jean Ellis Young.

Ruth is survived by daughters, Donna Stump, Nina Rimmer; sons, Charlie DelMoro, Pete DelMoro (Amanda) all of Beckley; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren ; sister, Pauline Childers of Bluefield, WV.

A funeral liturgy will be 11 am Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church with Very Rev. Father Paul Wharton, V.S. officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to service on Tuesday at the church.
