Phillip Michael Pachuta

Phillip Michael Pachuta of Beckley passed away on June 6^th, 2022 at Raleigh Center in Daniels.

Born December 17, 1948 in Beckley to the late Mike Pachuta and Vivian Pachuta Brown.

Mikey was a humble man with a pleasant smile and demeanor. Mikey loved all animals and often talked about as a child he wanted to be a veterinarian. Mikey was a 1979 graduate of Beckley College with an associate degree in Arts. He obtained a certification in general welding in 1977, and a certification in computer repair in 2001.  Mikey was an avid reader enjoying all reading, especially military history. Although he only lived in Texas for a very short time in the late 90’s he loved Texas and always wanted to go back.

Mikey is survived by multiple extended family members, friends he made in the community, his neighbors, and a special caregiver and neighbor Ellie McDaniel.

Services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 10, 2022 in the Calfee Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Fred Lovell officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service.
