Patty Lou Dacal, 81, of Beckley, passed away Wednesday, August 18, 2021.
Born August 28, 1939, in Beckley, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Eula Jane Calloway Clemens.
Patty was a member of the First Christian Church in Beckley and most recently attended Cross Point Church. She enjoyed the outdoors, flowers, landscaping, snow skiing and tennis in her younger years, and was truly gifted in interior design. She was the family matriarch and loved her husband and family more than life itself. She loved to entertain and never met a stranger. She was beautiful inside and out and will forever be missed.
Patty is survived by her husband, Woody Dacal; children, Perry Dacal (Vicky) of Beaver and their children, Tig Dacal and Tabitha Quirk (Tim), Greg Dacal (Trena) of Daniels and their daughter, Taylor Dacal, Janie Fansler (Stanley) and their children, Hunter and Kacee Fansler; and brother, Jack Clemens (Helen) of Beckley, and longtime caregiver and friend Debbie Hodges.
A private family gathering will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, August 21, 2021 at Sunset Memorial Park with Pastor Vondie Cook, II officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to The Raleigh County Humane Society “Delaney Wykle Wellness Center” or United Way of Beckley.
Arrangements by Calfee Funeral Home.
