Nelma Frances Stack

Nelma Frances Stack, 84, of Crab Orchard passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2020. Born December 22, 1935, she was the daughter of the late James Snowden and Fay Harper Pettry.
Nelma was a member of the Prosperity First Baptist Church. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, and crocheting. She loved to attend sporting events and was a former pianist for the church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John William “Bill” Stack and a brother, Milburn Pettry.
She is survived by sons, Stevan Wayne Stack and wife Jerri of Crab Orchard and James William Stack and wife Sandra Jo of Crab Orchard; grandchildren, Cody, Ethan, Emily, Eden, Jacob and Alexis; brother, Darrel Pettry and wife Joyce of Lexington, KY and sister-in-law, Jean Pettry of Goldsboro, NC
Services will be 1 pm Monday, August 3, 2020 in the Calfee Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Andy Davis officiating. Entombment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to service on Monday.
