Nancy Jane Calvert

Gary & Nancy Calvert passed away May 24, 2020 after 60 plus years of marriage. They were preceded in death by son Mark and parents Jake and Virginia Calvert and Charlie and Audrey Johnston.
They are survived by their son Paul Calvert; six grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Nancy is also survived by her sister, Myra Sherriff and brother Ray Johnston.
They were both lifelong residents of Raleigh County and ran the hardware store in Coal City for 18 years. Nancy was a member of Sunset Hills Missionary Baptist Church and an active member in T.O.P.S. She was a wonderful homemaker and terrific cook who served everyone she could her entire life. She will greatly missed by Paul and Amy, Debra Dean and countless friends. She was the sweetest soul anyone ever knew.
