Michael Wayne Pugh, 42, of Rocky Mt. VA, passed away Monday, September 10, 2012. Born June 30, 1970 in Charleston, WV, he was the son of the late Billy Eugene and Frances Geraldine Thompson Pugh, Sr.
Michael was a disabled construction worker with Thompson Excavating.
He is survived by his daughter, Breanna Pugh of Charleston, WV; son, Michael Wayne Pugh, II of Beckley; 2 grandchildren, Aden Wayne Smith and Adrianna Rose Howard of Charleston, WV; brothers, Billy Pugh, Jr. and Bobby Pugh both of Sycamore, WV, Gene Jarrell of Ravenswood, WV; special cousin, Jay Bird Thompson of Rocky Mt, VA and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 15, 2012 at the Sycamore Pentecostal Church with pastors Jeff Shae and Cecil McClellan officiating. Burial will follow in the Estep Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family at the church one hour prior to service on Saturday.
