Mary Ann Williams

Mary Ann Williams, 88, went to be with the Lord on November 22, 2018.
Born October 27, 1930 in Price Hill, WV, she was the daughter of the late Beulah and Owen Gillespie. Mary Ann was a loving wife and mother who loved her crafts and painting.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William James Williams, whom she married on August 15, 1948, a daughter, Debora Kay Williams and a son, infant boy Williams. Also preceding her are two brothers, Johnny Runyon and Newtown Gillespie.
She is survived by her son, Bill and wife, Becky of Inwood, WV and a daughter, Carol Archibald of Oak Hill. Mary Ann also has three sisters, Margaret (Robert) Crouch, Jane (Charles) Hudson, of Beckley and Nancy (Tom) Rose of Richmond, IN and a brother Rodney Gillespie of Nicholasville, KY. She also leaves 5 grandchildren, Jamie Williams, Christi Dressler, John Riffle, Angela Lamp, and Michael Riffle, along with 10 great grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the employees of Hidden valley of oak Hill for making her final earthly home a comfortable one.
Services will be 12:00 p.m. Friday, November 30, 2018 at Calfee Funeral Home with Pastor Frank Miller officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 10 am until service time on Friday. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Mt. Clare, WV.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Bowers Hospice House, 454 Cranberry Dr., Beckley, WV.
