Martha Victoria Iva Snuffer

Martha (Iva) Victoria Snuffer, 75, of Lester, WV entered into eternal rest on Friday, May 5, 2017. Born January 1, 1942 in Palermo, WV, she was the daughter of Roma and Lola Whitten.

Iva worked for BJW and Central Printing. She attended Lester First Church of God and Fairdale Freewill Baptist Church. Iva and Earl were involved in ministry for over 29 years at Harper Mills. She loved playing the piano and sewing.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by sons, Tony and Kevin; granddaughter, Olivia; sister, Kathleen Fain and brother, Brady Whitten.

Iva is survived by her husband, Earl Snuffer; sons, Roma (Lisa) of OH, Terry (Karen) of VA, Jeff (Abby) of NC, Dane (Crystal) of Beckley; 11 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren and sister, Ilene Hampton of OH.

Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, May 9, from 6-9 pm. A funeral service will be held at 11 am Wednesday, May 10 at Calfee Funeral Home Chapel with Pastors Dale Birchfield and Dean Adams officiating. Burial will follow at Goldsbury Cemetery in Sias, WV.
