Lyle Richmond

January 27, 1946 — September 24, 2006

Mr. Richmond was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School. He was known by many for his work as a coach for youth football and for being a coach and umpire of babe Ruth baseball. He was active with Little League baseball, YMCA basketball and was invited to umpire in the Babe Ruth World Series. Lyle was an avid motorcyclist and a fan of Nascar and Pro Bull Riding. He was a member of the Beckley Moose Lodge and the Moose Legion. Lyle was the owner of J.C.'s Club and will be greatly missed by all his many wonderful friends, family, co-workers and customers. He was a lifelong resident of Stanaford. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Don and Mary Eleanor Davis Richmond and by a son, Lyle D. Richmond, II.
