Lois Vecellio

Lois Vecellio, 84, of Beckley, went to be with her daughter, Lori Jane Vecellio, on January 17, 2022. Born October 28, 1937, Lois was the daughter of the late Joseph and Lois Frances Hungate Lickliter. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Lori Jane Vecellio.
Lois worked in the healthcare profession for many years as a registered nurse.
Survivors include her boyfriend of 63 years and husband of 62 years, Oscar Vecellio; daughter, Lee Ann Vecellio; niece, Anna Nekoranec; half-sister, Sarah Bray; first cousins, Randy Dean Lickliter, David Lickliter, Joyce May Broyles and Nancy Parr; special caregiver, Melisa Bolen along with many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Mausoleum 2, on Thursday, January 20, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. with Rev.Mr.Harry Evans officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to St. Francis de Sales School, 622 S. Oakwood Ave., Beckley, WV 25801 or the Raleigh County Humane Society, 325 Grey Flats Rd., Beckley, WV 25801.
