Lillian Alice George Adkins, 80, of Beckley, passed away Saturday, February 16, 2019.
Born November 13, 1938 at Mabscott, she was the daughter of the late David and Laura Edens George.
Lillian was a former manager of the Quality Stamp Redemption Center. She was also employed at Pete and Bobs Drive In and Acme Supermarket. She was a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Adkins; sisters, Elizabeth George, Josephine Ricken, Mary farmer; brothers, D. Paul George, John George.
Lillian is survived by a son, Robert Lee Adkins, Jr. of Beckley; daughter, Patricia Arndt (Anthony) of Jumping Branch; grandchildren, Glen Arndt, Brandon Adkins; great-grandchildren, Hunter Adkins, Kadi Arndt and sister, Angeline Black of N. Ridgeville, OH.
Services will be 1 PM Wednesday, February 20, 2019 in the Calfee Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to services.
