Kenneth Lee Davis, 89, of Beckley, passed away Saturday, August 1, 2020.
Born November 5, 1930 in Sun, WV, he was the son of the late James H. and Mary E. Muir Davis.
Kenneth retired from the U.S. Air Force after over 23 years of service serving in Vietnam. He enjoyed Little Debbie snack cakes and Coke, watching Gunsmoke and westerns and going for rides around Beckley. He was a member of the Beckley Moose lodge.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter, Cynthia Lee Horsman and a brother, James A. Davis.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Green Davis; daughter, Beth Miller (Gene) of Beckley; grandchildren, Cayce Cook (Jamie), Jeremy Horsman (Stephanie), W.M. Canterbury (Stephanie) and their daughters, Maggie and Addi, Dakota Rice (Sarah) and K’Lee Akers along with other family and special friends Dawneida Hayes, Jill Miller and Beth Milam.
Services will be 1 PM Thursday, August 6, 2020 in the Calfee Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. E.A. (Gene) Miller and SSGT Dakota Rice officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park. Friends may visit with the family 1 hour prior to the service.
Pallbearers will be W.M. Canterbury, Dakota Rice, Jeremy Horsman and Jamie Cook.
