Kathy Elizabeth Tolliver

Kathy Elizabeth Riffe Tolliver, 66, of Bolt, passed away Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at her home surrounded by family.
Born August 12, 1954, in Welch, WV, she was the daughter of the late Ballard and Virginia Riffe.
Kathy was hard working and would do anything for her kids and grandkids. She loved being outside working in her flower and vegetable gardens. Kathy fought hard til the very end not wanting any help or care until she absolutely needed it. She never wanted to be a burden on anyone. Kathy was an active member of Bolt Fundamental Baptist Church in Bolt, WV. She praised God numerous times a day, thanking him for every little thing.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, Kenneth Tolliver; brother, Lowell Riffe and sister, Diann Brickey.
She is survived by her daughter, Virginia (Travis) Sizemore of Shady Spring, WV; son, Kenneth (Stacey)Tolliver of Rocky Point, NC; 4 grandchildren, Kristen and Gabriella Sizemore, Keith Jordyn Tolliver; 5 brothers, Dwayne (Marsha) Riffe of Ballard, WV, Larry (Beatrice) Riffe of Pineville, WV, Harold Riffe of Beckley, WV, Anthony (Melaine) Riffe of Skinfork, WV, Lee (Debra) Riffe of Stafford, VA.
A celebration of life will be held Sunday, July 25, 2021 at the Bolt Fundamental Baptist Church at 2:00 p.m., 136 Fairview School Rd., Bolt, WV with Pastor Jim Lucas officiating. Per Kathy’s wishes good food will be served afterwards.
In lieu of flowers, contributions be made to Bolt Fundamental Baptist Church, P.O. Box 331, Bolt, WV 25817.
The family would like to thank Hospice of Southern West Virginia and a special thanks to Janet Daniel, Larry and Bea Riffe and Trina Cline for all they did.
