Joseph Fourney, II

Joseph “Joe” Fourney, II, of Beckley, WV, died February 11, 2025, after a short illness. He was born October 27, 1969.

Joe graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in 1988 and attended WVU, where he was a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity and presented with the Outstanding College Student of America. 

Joe has been the owner of Fourney Fasteners since 1996. 

All who knew Joe will miss his big heart, his smile, and great sense of humor.

Joe is survived by his parents, Joseph and Cathy Hess Fourney; his sisters: Cindy West (Jim) of Beckley, WV, Debbie (Jackson, TN) and Cathy Jo (Beckley, WV); his niece Hannah West; and friends too numerous to list.

Visitation will be Friday, February 14, 2025, at Calfee Funeral Home from 6 to 8 pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. Francis de Sales Church at 10 am, Saturday, February 15, 2025, followed by burial at Sunset Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be his lifelong friends Kevin Bahr, Jeff Clark, Mark Clark, Andy Daniel, Todd Hager, Lionel (Chip) Herrald, Kevin Kluesner, Mike Mullins, Ryan Parkulo, Mark Shawl, Tina Jereza Stamper, and Shannon Van Dyke.
