Janie MacArthur Pachuta Moore

Janie MacArthur Pachuta Moore, 71, of Beckley, passed away Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at Bowers Hospice House. Born April 17, 1942 in Mabscott, she was the daughter of the late John J. and Elizabeth Pedro Pachuta.
Besides her parents, Janie was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Moore; sister, Billy Jo Franko and brother-in-law, Thomas Reinhardt.
Janie was the former owner of Janie’s Beauty Shop. She was a 1960 graduate Woodrow Wilson High School and Bluefield Beauty Academy. She was a member of St. Francis DeSales Catholic Church and a member of the church bereavement committee.
Janie is survived by two daughters, Dani Moore and Christy Hill; two grandsons, Rhandy Moore and Jace Moore; great grandson, Hunter Larry Blaine Moore; twin brother, John D. Pachuta and his wife Ann of Cary, NC; sisters, Mary Ann Wise and husband Don of Beckley, Margaret Reinhardt of Cincinnati, OH and Betty Peplowski and husband Joe of Beckley and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, July 6, 2013 at St. Francis DeSales Catholic Church with Monsignor Samuel Sacus officiating. Burial will follow in St. Sebastian Catholic Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the church on Friday.
Members of the family will serve as pallbearers.
