James Russel "Rusty" Griffith

James Russel (Rusty) Griffith, 73, of Beckley passed away at home December 20, 2021. Born March 27, 1948 in Beckley he was the son Julia Cheek Griffith and the late James E. Griffith.
Besides his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Ann Griffith Evans.
James is survived by his loving wife, Cynthia Bettina Griffith of 46 years and his loving dog “Little Joe”; his mother, Julia Cheek Griffith of Waxhaw, NC; sister, Lesa Griffith Mueller and her husband Craig of Waxhaw, NC and his nieces and nephews.
Services will be 12:00 noon, Tuesday, December 28, 2021, with visitation at 11:00 a.m. in the Calfee Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Keith Manning officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park.
