James Elmore Harrison

James Elmore Harrison of Harper, WV passed away on November 29, 2023 at the age of 88. He was born on September 7, 1935 to George and Martha Harrison.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mazie; daughter Pamela and granddaughter, Cassandra Lynn.

James served in the Army as  a paratrooper. He was a coal miner and deisel mechanic, he loved working on vehicles and heavy equipment. James wa a very private but humble man.

James is survived by his daughter and son-in-law and his caregivers, Patricia and Billy Daniels; sons, Steve (Priscilla) Harrison, Mike Harrison; 12 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren.

Honoring his wishes there will be a private graveside service with   military honors.
