James Garfield (JB) Blevins, 54, of Beaver passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2011.
Born June 16, 1957 in Crab Orchard, WV he was the son of the late Ernest J. Blevins and Mary Evelyn Jones Blevins. James owned and operated Tri-State Janitorial and in his spare time enjoyed fishing and being outdoors.
Survivors include his daughter; Elizabeth Hammons (Stephanie); Sisters Ernestine Lewis (Sarge), Carol Greathouse (Tony), Sue Myers (Johnny), and Glenna Blevins (Tom); and a brother, Donald Jones (Sue).
A memorial service will be held 12:00 p.m. Sunday, July 24 at the Calfee Funeral Home Chapel with Juddie Buckley officiating. Friends may call on the family from 11:00 a.m. until time of the service. Following James wishes, he will be cremated.
