Hope Adams

Hope Adams, 60, of Beaver, passed away Saturday, June 12, 2021.
Born October 1, 1960 in Huntington, WV, she was the daughter of the late Lewis Jackson and Sylvia Stafford Johnson.
Hope was a program administrator for Bluefield State College. She was a member of Spoken Word Tabernacle and loved spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Adams and brothers, Johnny Stafford, Malen Johnson, Ishmael Johnson and Van Johnson.
Hope is survived by daughters, Hope Abigail Adams, Maria Emily Adams and Eliza Kiersten Adams; brothers, Joseph Johnson of Ft. Gay, WV, Homer Johnson of Louisa, KY; special friends, Tinya Thomas and Tracy Wells; special niece, Amy Riffe as well as a host of other family and friends.
Services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at Spoken Word Tabernacle with Pastors Ron Lilly and Ivan England officiating. Burial will follow in the Johnson Family Cemetery at Ft. Gay, WV. Friends may visit with the family from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday at the church.
