Harry Everette Wright, 86, of Beaver passed away Sunday, September 8, 2019.
Born September 26, 1932 in War, WV, he was the son of the late Arthur Everette and Georgia Ann Wright.
Harry was a former manager for Joy Manufacturing and W.C. Hydraulics. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and a member of Beckley Moose Lodge. Harry was a big sports fan and loved spending time with his family.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Elaine Beverly Wright.
Survivors include his daughter, Etta Lisa Lowery and husband David and their children, Savannah and Chloe Lowery of Largo, FL; son, Harry E. (Bumper) Wright, II and his wife Deeanna of Daniels and their children, Cetera Wright and husband Adam Sewell of Charlotte, NC and Lukas Wright of Greenville, SC; sisters, Betty Webster and Dorothy Miller of Salisbury, MD.
Services will be 12 pm Thursday, September 12, 2019 in the Calfee Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Steve Acord officiating. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Gardens at Matheny, WV. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to service.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Bowers Hospice House, 454 Cranberry Dr, Beckley, WV 25801.
