George Edward Lilly, Jr.

George E. “Carbide” Lilly, Jr. of Shady Spring, was greeted with open arms by his mother and father, into heaven on Saturday afternoon, April 27, 2019.
Carbide loved fishing, hunting and camping on the Greenbrier, but most of all he loved his family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Rosemary McCoy Lilly; his father, George E. Lilly, Sr. of Beckley, along with several other family members and friends.
Carbide will be forever remembered and cherished by his wife, Kimberly D. Lilly; sons, Ethan Lilly (Sydney Selden), Logan Lilly, Justin Starcher; daughter, Jessica Starcher (Todd Shrewsbury; sister Badonna Lilly; nephew Ayden Stasium and a host of river family members and friends, aunts, uncles, cousins and in-laws.
Friends may visit with the family from 6-7 pm Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at Calfee Funeral Home.
