Gary Dale George, 68, of Crab Orchard, passed away Saturday, February 27, 2021.
Born September 27, 1952 in Terry, WV, he was the son of the late Clarence Junior and Eula Jordan.
Besides his parents Gary is preceded in death by his brother, Clarence Jordan, Jr. and sisters, Karen Mullins, Barbara Davis and Betty Gillum.
Gary was a retired coal miner. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and going to flea markets.
He is survived by his wife Louella George; sons, Gary and Mark George of Crab Orchard; grandsons, Zachary and Colton George of Crab Orchard and sisters, Kathy Fain (Tommy) of Lester, WV, Frances Hunt (Kevin) of Decator, IL, Shirley George of VA, Tina, McClung (John) of Beckley, Willa Jordan (Basil Goff) of Lester, WV, and Sue Keeton (Donnie) of Crockett, KY.
Services will be 2pm Tuesday, March 2, 2021 in the Calfee Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor James Moul officiating. Burial will follow in Calfee Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family 2 hours prior to the service.
