Erik Faust

Erik “Gang” Faust, 55 of Beckley, WV went to be with the Lord Saturday, August 20, 2022.

He was born November 14, 1966, in Philadelphia to the late Ernest Faust, and Mother Pearline Faust.

Erik was a manager at IHOP, where he met many friends that we now call family. In his spare time, he would be playing pool on his IPad while watching his favorite Judge Judy.

Erik was saved and baptized by Rev. Nathaniel Winslow in Philadelphia and recently started attending Stanaford Missionary Baptist Church.

In addition to his father, Erik is preceded in death by his twin sister Ernestine Walker.

Survivors include his loving wife Heather Faust, mother Pearline Faust, a son Shawn Robert Faust, daughter Shavon Williams, daughters Keonna Sue Fluker and Halayna Marie Fluker; sisters Lorraine “Fuddy” Davis, Delores “BeBe” Sampson-Gurla (Ajay), Diane Thornton; aunts Gussie Johnson, Vera Scott; two grandsons Demir and Jeremiah, and a host of family and friends. Also cherishing his memory is his best buddy Jackson Bradley Mains.

Services will be 6:00 p.m. Thursday, August 25, 2022, in the Calfee Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor George Wood and Pastor Bryan Bird officiating. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
