Erica Lynn "Sis" Snuffer

August 5, 1978 — March 13, 2022

Erica Lynn Snuffer, 43 affectionately known as "Sis" of Hendersonville, TN, formerly of Summersville, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, March 13, 2022.
Born August 5, 1978 in Beckley, she was the daughter of Marsha Lynn Walker and Iverson Cotton Snuffer.
Erica was a former bookkeeper for Leisure World and also worked for several years in the recovery community (which along with spreading the word of Jesus was her life’s passion). She loved the outdoors and animals, and especially horses and “her snuggle buddy” her loving dog Ace. She was very athletic and enjoyed basketball, ping pong, riding four wheelers and many other activities.
Erica was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, John Coots and paternal grandparents, Iverson and Edith “St.Clair” Snuffer.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her son, Ethan Coby Johnson of Lexington, KY; brother, Eric Cotton Snuffer of Parkersburg, WV; maternal grandmother, Judy Ann Kinder of Fairview Park, OH, step father Jimmy Walker or Hermitage, TN; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a multitude of friends, all of which she loved immensely. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 21, 2022 in the Calfee Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Pete Davidson officiating. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to your local homeless shelter.
