Edna Bailey Barnett

Edna Bailey Barnett, 77, of Glen Fork, WV, died at her residence Friday, November 14, 2008 following a long illness. Born September 19, 1931 at Glen Fork, she was the daughter of the late Martin and Alva Walker Ellis. Mrs. Barnett was a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening, reading, wood working and puzzles. She was a lifetime resident of Glen Fork.

Grandchildren: Brandon, Justin and Morgan Okes, Ellen Hale, Tracey Allen, Merissa Craiger, Emmett Barnett, Laura Barnett, Christaine Cost, Jason Gibler, Stacey Gibler, Savannah and Daniel Barnett.

Graveside services and burial will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 17, 2008 at the Davis Cemetery at Mt. Tabor with Bishop Earl Shrewsbery officiating. Friends may call at the Calfee Funeral Home, Beckley from 5-7 p.m. Sunday.
