Donna Marie Browning

Donna Marie Browning (Nana) 66, left us suddenly on May 28, 2024 at her home in Tolleytown, WV.

Donna was born August 11, 1957 in Beckley, WV to the late Donald and Shirley A. Minor Worley.   Donna married the love of her life, Samuel Browning (Sammy) on May 28, 1989, on the day she passed they had been married for 35 years.

She is preceded in death by her parents, father-in-law, Charles Browning; nephew Scott Henderson and grandchild, Axel Crouse.

Donna enjoyed reading, shopping, swimming in her pool with her grandchildren, cooking (recipe sharing) and sitting with her husband on the porch watching the deer, birds and squirrels. She was a loving, caring beautiful person inside and out, completely devoted to her family.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband, Sammy; her sister, Annette and Richie Henderson; brother-in-law Richard and Jerona Browning; mother-in-law Thelma Browning; her daughter Melissa and Derek Weeks and 2 sons, Jeremy and Hattie Crouse and Brandon and Angel Browning; her grandchildren, Madison and Josh Lester, Bryar Weeks, Laci Weeks, Austin Crouse, Coalman Crouse, Zane Crouse, Caitlin Church, Ethan Church, Rilea Church, Madison Stewart, Landon Browning, Chase Browning; 2 great grandchildren Aspyn and Joey; her aunt Patsy Clyburn; many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and extended family. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 31, 2024 in the Calfee Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Dean Adams officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 11:00 a.m. until service time on Friday. Burial will follow in the Tolleytown Community Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Michael Acord, Lendy Acord, Brandon Browning, Jeremy Crouse, Derek Weeks and Josh Lester. Honorary pallbearers will be Bryar Weeks and Austin Crouse.
