Donald Eugene Woodson, 62, of Peterstown passed away Tuesday, August 27, 2019.
Born April 23, 1957 in Welch, WV he was the son of the late Eugene Willard and Vicie Jane Rattliff Woodson.
Donald was a miner for Eastern Associated Coal. He enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting and was a member of the Beckley American Legion Post 32 and Beckley Moose Lodge.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, James Woodson and a sister, Shirley Simpson.
He is survived by his son, Daniel Woodson and his wife Heather of Peterstown; grandchildren James Woodson and wife Keisha of Itman, WV and Makala Woodson of Peterstown; sister, Diana Harding and her husband John of Peterstown, brother, Danny Ray Woodson and his finance Donna of Bensenville, IL; nieces and nephews, Steven Woodson and wife Lisa, Jennifer Talwar and husband Aman, Samantha Robinson, Regina Justice and husband Dennis, David Mullins and wife Donna, Shane Harding, Rebeca Hollingsworth and husband Clayton and special Dad, Ralph Mullins and his wife Sue.
Graveside services will be 11 am Friday, August 30, 2019 at Sunset Memorial Park with Pastor Mickey Mitchell officiating.
