Craig Evan Hargis

Craig Evan Hargis, 51, of Beckley, passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2014. Born August 20, 1963 in Beckley, he was the son of Ronald Gene and Linda Louise Hargis. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dewey and Violet McKinney and Irvin and Bernice Hargis.
Craig was employed with the West Virginia Department of Highways for many years. He was an avid outdoorsman and really enjoyed the time he spent hunting and fishing.
Besides his parents Craig is survived by his daughter, Courtney Hargis of Princeton; sister, Christy McAfee and her husband Jeff of Pennsylvania; nephews, Chris, Chase and Jason McAfee of Pennsylvania and a half sister, Melissa Hargis of Pineville.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, November 1, 2014 at Calfee Funeral Home with Pastor Glenn Bragg officiating. Burial will follow at Calfee Cemetery in Mt. Tabor. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
