Celia Ann (Maples) Parker, 80, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on April 10, 2021. Celia was born on July 2, 1940 to Cecil Waldo and Kata Mae Maples. She grew up in Beckley and attended Woodrow Wilson High School where she was in the marching band. Afterward she attended Concord College. Her presence in this life will truly be missed, while the memories and lessons cherished for the rest of our days.
