Carolyn June Lilly

Carolyn June Lilly, 69, of Crab Orchard passed away Monday, July 13, 2009 in a local hospital. Born September 9, 1939 in Hinton, WV, she was the daughter of the late O.A. “Abe” and Frances Marie Frazier Lilly. Carolyn retired from the Department of Human Services and spent most of her life in Crab Orchard. Survivors include her brother, Robert L. Lilly and his wife Katherine of Strasburg, VA, special friend, Frances Gilkerson of Crab Orchard, WV , aunts, Amma Jean Lilly of Nimitz, WV and Norma Frazier of Crab Orchard, WV, uncle, Robert Frazier and his wife Henrietta of Shady Spring, WV, numerous great nieces and nephews, and her loving dog Chloe.
A memorial service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, July 16, 2009 in the Calfee Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Phillip Farrington officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until service time.
