Carlos Lee Privett

Carlos Lee Privett, 74, of Beckley, passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2022.

Born March 2, 1948 in Maben, WV, he was the son of the late Arthur and Kathleen Meadows Privett.

Carlos was a superintendent for Maben Energy. And a member of Stepping Stone Ministries. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time at his camp on the Greenbrier River.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in detah by brother, Bobby Meadows and sisters, Darella Stevens and Mae Gillenwater.

Carlos is survived by his wife, Melinda Hoosier Privett; children, Scott Privett (Rebecca), Jeanne McKan (Jerry), Lexie Brown, Abby Brown; step-children, Stephanie Brown, Christopher Brown (Laurie); grandchildren, Anthony, Cameron, Tipper, Lilly, Jill, Elijah and great-grandson, Mylo; step-grandchildren, Haleigh and Emma Brown, Brayden Conley.

Following his wishes, he will be cremated. The family plans to hold a memorial service at a later date.
