Bruce Glen Young

Bruce Glen Young, 54, of Surveyor, passed away Monday, November 3, 2014 following a short illness. Born November 16, 1959 in Beckley, he was the son of the late Thomas Jesse and Frances Rosebud Gillispie Young.
Bruce loved the outdoors. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding 4-wheelers. He was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include loving brothers, Gary Young and wife Tonja and David Young and wife Sandy all of Beckley; loving sisters, his twin, Peggy Jackson of Greensboro, NC and Joyce Brock and husband George of Stover, WV and friends, Louise Thompson, Buck Holstein, Danny Scott and Ray Lester
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 6, 2014 in the Calfee Funeral Home Chapel with Pastors Jimmy and Walt Grimmett officiating. Burial will follow in the Young Cemetery at Saxon. Friends may visit with the family from 12:00 p.m. until service time on Thursday at the funeral home.
