Billy Jake Woods

Billy Jake Woods, 35, of Mt. Hope, WV, departed this life on Monday, July 11, 2022 at his residence.

He was born March 7, 1987 in Bluefield, WV, the son of Sally Ann Woods of Besoco, WV.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James Okie Woods and Edris Woods along with several uncles, aunts and cousins.

Billy loved his children, wife, and family.  He also loved hunting, fishing, camping and spending time with all of his family.

Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Sally Ann Woods of Besoco; wife, Christina Marie Woods at home; two daughters, Charity Marie Cochran of Beckley, WV, Ciara Elizabeth Marie  Woods at home; four sons, Timothy James Ames, Billy jake Woods, II, Blake Mathew Woods and Chase Allen Woods at home; one sister, Stephanie Marie England, husband Andrew James England of Besoco, WV; one nephew, Peyton Andrew England of Besoco, WV; two nieces, Alice Ann England and Zoey Marie England of Besoco, WV along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Sunday, July 31, 2022, at Lego Church of Jesus at Lego, WV, 4560 Coal City Rd, Josephine, WV. Burial will follow in the Meade Cemetery in Meade, WV.
