Billy Gene Webb

We lost our Santa Claus today, the day before Christmas. Our Daddy was and always will be our Santa Claus, so strong and so gentle at the same time. He will always be remembered as Husband, Daddy, PopPop, brother and friend to the many that love him.
Billy G. Webb of Posey Saxon went to be with his Lord and Savior on 12/24/12 after a short illness but a long and full life. Those awaiting him at Heaven’s gate will be his loving parents, the late Eugene and Elizabeth Webb and sister, Beverly Jane of Posey Saxon.
Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife Clarice Ann Webb of Posey Saxon; his son Kelly David Webb and wife Lora of Posey Saxon; daughters, Christina Lynn Lambert of Surveyor, Mary Elizabeth Monday and husband Justin of Mullens, and Billie Jean Chapman and husband Joshua of Holly Hills; the little loves of his life, his grandchildren, Daniel Webb, Cole Lambert, Dylan Chapman, Ethan Lambert, Kelli Chapman, Sarah Monday, Trevor Thompson and Little Isaac Eugene Chapman. Also left to cherish his memory is a sister, Peggy Gray and husband Charles of Posey Saxon; brother, Michael Webb and wife Cubbie of Shady Spring and countless nieces, nephews and good ole buddies. Daddy was well known and well loved, all that knew him will miss him but will always remember him. Merry Christmas in Heaven Daddy.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 28, 2012 in the Calfee Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Larry Kinder officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park. Friends may visit with the family 2 hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Thomas R. Collins, Chuck Frye, J.W. Young, Wayne Young, Carlos H. Allen and Danny Stephenson.
