Betty Jo Sims Pugh

Betty Jo Sims Pugh, 59, of Meadow Bridge, WV, passed away Wednesday, December 12, 2012. Born December 25, 1952 in Hinton, WV, she was the daughter of the late Joe Anthony and Betty Margaret Osborne Sims. Betty Jo was a former Director of Human Resources for Beckley Hospital. She loved her horses, cats and dogs. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by an infant son, Matthew Lilly.
Survivors include her husband, Neal Watson Pugh; son, Daniel Scott Lilly and his wife Susan of Asheville, NC; daughter, Lindsay Brooke Pugh of Beckley; grandchildren, Ashley Brooke Lilly and Rachel Scott Lilly of Asheville, NC, Hayden Anthony Clyde of Beckley; sisters, Susan Allen and husband Don of Beckley, Jane Wood and husband Jeff of Grandview and Myra Anderson and husband Jay of Beckley; nephew Joe Allen of Exton, PA; niece, Paige Hawkins of Harrisonburg, VA and her mother-in-law, Doris Pugh of Christiansburg, VA
A memorial service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 15, 2012 in the Calfee Funeral Home Chapel with eulogies given by Tim Rector and Mac Tieche. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to service on Saturday at the funeral home.
