Anna Booth Saylor Herman, 83, formerly of Beckley, passed away Sunday, June 27, 2010, in Dania Beach, FL.
Born May 17, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Whitten Booth and Mary Nugen Booth.
In addition to working for Publix, Anna was a retired florist having owned her own floral company.
Survivors include her two daughters Vicki Gibb Bristow and husband Thomas of Dania Beach, FL., Doris Gibb Fox and husband Gene of Oklahoma City, OK; granddaughter, Bree Smoot of Lauderhill, FL; grandson, Shane Smoot and wife Danielle of Dayton, OH; great-grandchildren, Cole and Erik Smoot also of Dayton, OH; brother, John Booth and wife Harriet of St. Albans, WV; Sisters, Dorothy Booth Rollins of St. Petersburg, FL and Violet Booth Stover and husband Dean of Macon, GA.
A funeral service is scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 30, 2010, at Sunset Memorial Park Mausoleum B. There is no visitation scheduled.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to The Alzheimers Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Fl 17, Chicago, IL 60601.
